The beginning
The first step was renovating the room to make it more spacious. At that time, my LEGO® collection was stored in the attic, carefully packed in boxes. The room was mainly used as a study and for storing my Donald Duck collection.

The interim phase
While my son was still too young for LEGO®, the room remained in its basic form. The Donald Duck collection got a prominent place on the wall, and the space served as a quiet workspace.

The LEGO® renaissance
When my son was old enough for LEGO®, the collection came down from the attic. This was the beginning of a new phase. The LEGO® from my youth got a second life and formed the foundation for what was to come.

The result
Project after project the room took shape. Through the years we've been working on new elements: the LEGO® wall, the mural, the display wall, and all other projects that make the room what it is today.

Conclusion
What started as a simple room has now grown into a true LEGO® paradise. Each project has contributed to what has become a unique space. A place where imagination, nostalgia, creativity, and playfulness come together, where old LEGO® sets get a new life and new memories are made.
